Vlacon Building Groups Managing Director, Jim Vlachos, has over 20 years experience in the building and construction industry and a solid track record in successfully completing residential builds on time, on budget and to the highest level of Australian building standards.
Over the years, Vlacon Building Group has grown to include a team of highly skilled tradesmen, architects, engineers, building inspectors and specialist trades professionals, with diverse qualifications, technical capabilities and membership on the Board of the Housing Industry Association. Along with an exclusive team of contractors, Vlacon Building Group are passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for their clients.
Jim Vlachos, Managing Director
Jim Vlachos graduated as a building inspector in the early nineties and worked for the local council as a senior inspector. Jim then went on to complete a trade course in domestic carpentry, which lead him to work with a leading construction company as the operational building manager.
Currently, Jim sits on the board of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) as a technical advisor to the building industry at a state level.
